“Very impressed with the accommodation, was expecting a family room but we were provided with an appartment that was spacious and comfortable for our short stay. Also did not realise the reasonable cost included access to the spa and pool which were fantastic. The spa had lots to do including 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms, various cold shower settings and a caribean storm shower?! We were also pleasently surprised by the gym which was well kitted out and felt new. The staff were all very friendly……

The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with everything you needed, breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this little gem of a place. ”

Nice and traditional building with good experience. Good breakfast and condition that we really enjoy staying there for 2 nights. “If you are looking to stay in a traditional English Pub, this is the place. Cozy rooms with great washroom facilities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Rooms are equipped with electricity outlets, wifi and tv for those needing it. The pub itself is fantastic with a very well stocked bar. The restaurant serves home cooked meals with a great selection of local produce. From this location you are pretty central to either coast and Dartmoor itself. The staff are very friendly and have a great local……
