“The room was not well soundproofed, and the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. There were a few hairs in the quilt, and I didn't know if it was because the previous quilt was not changed. I was so sleepy at the time that I took the hair off the bed and went to sleep directly. As a result, I was woken up by the sound of the door closing next to me after only sleeping for an hour, and I couldn't sleep all night.”

“Getting instructions to get inside was annoying since there is no front desks everything is with codes to get in. Luckily there was a hotel staff member there and was able to help me get the info I needed to get into my room. Overall, place was clean and it’s in Bay Ridge. That’s a win. ”

“Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. ”
