During a recent business trip, due to the absence of a nearby InterContinental hotel, I chose the Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville South Bartram Park (13934 Village Lake Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32258) for a two-night stay from March 20 to March 22, 2025, trusting the IHG brand. “The room did not have a coffee pot and the bed only had 2 pillows. When we called for additional ones there wasn’t anyone available to bring us any. Also there wasn’t a remote for the tv.”
