“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. All staff were friendly and always greeting everyone. My room was clean and stocked with amenities. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable and always lots of food choices. The pond in the back was an enjoyable part for me too, enjoying seeing the turtles and ducks. I got a chance to enjoy the pool three times during my stay, towels were always stocked. A great place and will stay there again if I return to that area.”

“I have previously enjoyed exceptional stays at InterContinental properties, notably in San Diego and Sanya. During a recent business trip, due to the absence of a nearby InterContinental hotel, I chose the Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville South Bartram Park (13934 Village Lake Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32258) for a two-night stay from March 20 to March 22, 2025, trusting the IHG brand. After my first night, I requested a late check-out, which Mr. Rojo, a courteous long-haired male staff member,……

“I came to visit my brother and was looking for a reasonably priced hotel, and found, what was listed at a rating of 8 to be a "10". I was greeted at the desk with a big smile in a very welcoming environment. I eat breakfast every morning, so even though one of the selling factors for deciding on this hotel was the hot breakfast. I came prepared to go out to eat. I decided to take a peek at the breakfast set-up before heading out, and was surprised, and yes, I stayed. But what set it over the top……

“Highlight the fact that there’s a property was in the area where I could easily walk to some things pertaining to food. Nice space. My family and I did not feel like we were on top of one another while staying in live resident Inn. I would definitely come back and stay at this Resident Inn if ever need be.”

“Staying a week in a hotel can bitter opinions in most people. Missing the comfort of home. Not at this hotel. The staff wouldn’t let it. Ms. Moon was WONDERFUL to us. We need more people like her spread out through the world. All of the staff deserves recognition for their kindness, their respect, attention to our safety, and their enthusiastic desire to help. The breakfast could use some “pepping” up. Other than that, when in Jacksonville again, I will definitely stay here. ”
