“One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. We will come back and recommend to all our friends! This was southern hospitality at its best! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again Coleen and Denise and……

“The Ashley was the perfect choice for our quick stay in Charleston. Easy parking and check-in, waters and snacks available in the lobby, breakfast and coffee was delicious and convenient, and the room and bed were comfortable and spacious. We will definitely be back!”

“10/10 perfect to be near Folly Beach and all it offers but a bit off the beaten path. Beautiful rooms, excellent, friendly, no hassle staff and a wonderful hot homemade breakfast. Get the top floor if you’re able the views are mesmerizing. We watched dolphins, jumping fish, birds and more from our private balcony. Perfect!! ”

“Nice property and clean a couple of small issues that I reported to the owner, but they were a very small inconvenience was more telling the owner so they could correct the problem if they needed to. I would definitely stay in this property again. I would recommend it to anybody”
