“We had the best stay ever! And we have been to a number of other resorts during a few longer periods of both work & holiday in Zanzibar. SeVi is definetly the Number One place we have visited. “We had a lovely stay at Kena beach hotel for 13 nights. Rooms was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and equipped with moskito net. Every evening the rooms are sprayed with bug spray. Little terasse outside with a rack to dry swimwear or other small things. All staff was super friendly and nice. Pool is covered with roof so it was not getting too hot, the sea was always very warm. There is also sun loungers and sofas both in sun and shade. We decided to take all-inclusive, which was fine, but……

“Me and my friend had an excellent stay for 3 nights. Perfect villa with pool view but quiet and private. The property i stunning. An hidden oasis! Great big pool. Perfect service, tasty food and drinks. And as a surprise they arranged poolside dinner for everyone one night and the cinema at the beach another night. We loved it! Perfect getaway from our busy lives! Not the best place for a swin in the ocean - it is posdible - and the hotel also provided free car transport to a better beach……

“What a great place to have your holiday. We’re can I start the hotel so beautiful location is perfect is like paradise next to the beach and I know is mark 3 star but I felt like I was 4 star. “I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled……

“Beach was attended to each day in front of the property,but everything to the left and right had a lot of trash.The description of the property on Expedia was misleading,They failed to mention the two properties are about a 100 yards apart.The rooms were misrepresented,one property is actually called the Beach Lounge which is the newer of the two properties.”
