“From our arrival on Wednesday to our departure on Saturday everything was amazing! The front desk was great, the room was great and the people in the area was so nice! We ate at Captain Pizza and the Starlite Diner both had top notch service and really good food! We will definitely be visiting this property again and only book here when we come to Daytona!”

“I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated.……

“We’ve stayed in several units at Oceana because we love the location. It’s close to Flagler, all the shops, restaurants, and the beach! This is the best unit we’ve ever stayed in at this complex. It has been renovated, so it is beautifully decorated and is very clean. They even had snack Ms in the room, which was a nice welcoming touch! 2nd floor- just above pool, but nice view of the ocean. ”
