“On entering found this cottage clean and airy, nice size laundry room with plenty of space to store our shoes, bags etc, good size under counter freezer and clothes washing facilities, downstairs toilet and wet room handy for my slightly disabled father. lovely garden with plenty of seats, in fact found plenty of everything, ie cups, china ware, cutlery, coat hooks on practically every door and plenty by front door, my husband, myself and my father were very impressed with the whole set up. “This was our fifth stay at Admiral Cottage. We had a lovely time as always. The cottage is lovely and cosy, a real home from home, it has everything we need for a great holiday. Thank you for the welcome pack! Love the new decor and furniture in the lounge! We love Winterton, the pub, fish and chip shop and of course the beautiful dunes and beach, love the beach cafe too. I would highly recommend this cottage and Winterton itself.”

“The Old Reading Rooms in Linton was a great stay. The pictures and description does not do it justice. It was larger than we expected. There is plenty of seating and different areas within the living room. I was slightly nervous about the parking, but we literally parked on the street in front of the cottage every day. The kitchen is quite large and well appointed. Being from America, we really appreciated the large bathroom with separate tub and shower as well as separate powder room……

“Lovely cottage, super clean and everything you could imagine was provided. Kitchen was well equipped, and so was the bathroom with toiletries provided. Great that breakfast was provided too. Private garden with comfortable seating. Able to park outside for loading and unloading then moved to an off road car park just down the road. A great aqua sports centre is literally just down the road, we wished we had time for more, because there were so many activites we could have done there. The village……
