“Love the communication and the property everything was super clean when we got there and user-friendly it was perfect for our first family vacation.”

“Quiet. Easy to access San Antonio attractions. Clean. All supplies provided except dish towels (required to wash dishes and put them in exact spot we found them). Comfortable bed. Answers to a text query came quickly. Shower head leaked when in use. The front door needs to be fixed so that it can be locked. (We tried many positions of the door and if the door was pushed, it would open). The carport would comfortably fit a midsized vehicle at best.”

“Great place! We were in San Antonio for a quick trip, but this was the perfect find. We certainly plan to come back with hopes of getting to book again for a longer stay. ”

“We stayed here for 5 full days. If you stay more than a couple days, you will need to buy garbage bags and wash your towels. There is only one towel per person, no wash clothes and only one hand towel. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes. I dried one load 4 times and it still didn't dry. Before grocery shopping check the cooking utensils to make sure you have the right cooking stuff for the things you buy. Other than that it was a nice, clean place to stay and very convenient location to the……

“Staff unfriendly ”

“We arrived at 1:30 am and couldn’t figure out the lock so we called and the live agent was super helpful walking us through everything. The home was lit up and warm on that very cold morning. Everything was clean and in working order, WiFi was provided, good water pressure, TVs in most rooms. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. It was perfect size for our family needs during this trip. ”

“The neighborhood around the house was sketchy. When we first arrived someone was being arrested across the street. The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay. Checkout time was at 10:00am and someone was waiting at 10:01 to make sure we were out of the house. The owner required a picture of my credit card and ID for the deposit. I thought……
