“Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”

“The resort itself is amazing, well kept, and the front desk staff are very helpful. However, DO NOT let them talk you into attending the timeshare presentation. They had a great deal on some amusement tickets that we were going to purchase anyway. We just had to attend the presentation to get the tickets. I asked the concierge FOUR TIMES how long it would last and he said "no more than 90 minutes". 4.5 hours into the presentation we realized that was a lie. As another review on here has said, it……
