The maids never asked us if we needed new rowels we had to ask and being them to them to get new ones the fridge had rhe same ice bag we had in it since the last time we were there and rhat was a momth ago (we like to stay in the same room ) HIRE NEW MAIDS RHAT ACTUALLY CLEAN AND MAKE IT CLEAN FOR PEOPLE TO STAY THERE ..
