“Stayed with family for 4 days in April. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Baton Rouge. The house is in a very clean, quiet neighborhood that is a very easy drive to any events at LSU. The host, Bill, could not have been friendlier or more responsive to any of our needs. The house is clean,safe, and has plenty of room for a group if you want the options that a hotel just doesn’t give you. If you find yourself in Baton Rouge, I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“I was impressed very clean i had a nice location to the elevator but the kitchen chairs was on the cheap side not good for a heavier person to seat to eat at the table also the sofa and chairs in the living room was abit low for so of my family member with knees and back problems they can't seat on the kitchen chairs because they were plastic they're plastic nice place but the chairs need to be replaced with better chairs but i still love it will stay again very friendly staff and shane the……

“Jim was the perfect host, communicative and gracious- the house slept 5 of us beyond comfortably and would have accommodated more. The game room was a nice bonus to be able to have a place to hang and decompress and everything you need to eat, drink and listen to, is in walking distance. ”

There were some fun and unique local suggestions to check out when we decided we wanted something other than the French Quarter. The space has a full kitchen, interesting books, and even a couple of games like Uno. Mike was friendly but unobtrusive (the best of both worlds). I definitely appreciated being able to do my laundry during our trip as well. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat! ”

“Beautiful new home with plenty amenities. A few suggestions. Maintain lawn, spray interior for pests (roach) as we did see a few, clean outdoor back seating area, provide a can opener and at least 1 sharp or carving knife, linens out for each room, be sure to clean oven interior between customers, maybe complimentary coffee or snacks. Despite these items our stay was excellent!”
