The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. “The staff was fantastic and the room was everything and more than I hoped for in a trip to New Orleans. Our balcony was next to a residential balcony that regularly played music and ran a bubble machine which was fantastic. Sitting on the balcony watching everyone enjoy the bubbles was a great experience. We are already planning a return trip 😊”

“Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
