“The house was fully stocked with all the essentials for our stay and plenty of extras. The beds were very comfortable and rooms are spacious. We enjoyed walking around the trails and saying hello to the neighbor's horses. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is coming to visit the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

“I hate writing negative reviews but I want others to know issues they would run into if they stay at this property. They charge $50 per guest per day if anyone visits, which is not listed anywhere. The pool is not clean and very murky, the grill was dirty it was unusable, there is no railing on the stairs, the second bathroom is unusable so it should list as 1.5 baths, two of the beds are very used uncomfortable futons, the AC does not keep up on a warm day, and they didn’t notify us of the……

“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……
