“I stayed for two weeks in this cozy apartment and truly enjoyed myself. The apartment was perfect, communication was always prompt and helpful, and I was able walk everywhere I needed to go, which helped me appreciate Sioux Falls’ vibrancy and growing food and wine scene. Thanks for a great couple weeks!”

“We enjoyed staying in the comfortable studio. It was clean and had everything we needed. It’s right on Phillips and that’s a great place to stay. It was easy to communicate with the owner/manager. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The space was great! We had my Grandaughter's college graduation party there. It had enough space, the set-up was wonderful, and we all had a great time. An elevator would have been helpful. The stairs were hard to navigate for some of us older folks. It was quiet. We really did have a great experience.”

“Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.”

“This is the second time I’ve stayed in this space and it was just as perfect this time around as last time. Ann is so easy to communicate with and available to answer any questions. Any issues are always incidental and quickly resolved, such as cars in the wrong parking spots. Occasionally someone shuts a door with a little force too early in the morning, but any minor noise is far better than the alternative of a hotel. Clean, cozy, and perfect! ”

“Abby was amazing. And the property was perfect for our needs! Was so nice it was dog friendly so we could bring our dog and not have to pay for boarding. And it was right by down town. Would book again!!”
