“We enjoyed our stay, and the area that it was located. Good food and coffee within walking distance. Stayed here for a few night and had zero issues.”

“The only thing I was surprised about was that this property is a converted covered patio that is attached to the host's house. After getting over that surprise and worry of safety, we were just fine. We needed somewhere to sleep, eat, and shower while we played at Universal and Disneyland and we were able to do that! Place was clean as a converted parking can be! We really appreciated the use of the washer and dryer. That helped so much with our luggage packing. We would stay again! The host is……

“My family and I had no issues during our stay. The property was clean, it was easy to check in, and Grace responded to some inquiries in a timely manner. The only negatives are more personal reasons. In one of the bedrooms, there was only one outlet to plug in electronics. The property is located on a very noisy and busy street which made it hard to fall asleep. That being said, the property itself and the neighboring units were pretty quiet. ”

“I rent this property every summer when I go to visit my grandsons. It’s only minutes away from them and they love hanging out at the pool and hot tub with me… it’s only 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney without being in the noisy area… It’s very easy to get checked in and get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need for your stay with plenty of towels for both bathrooms and bedding. The only issue we had this last time was that someone was parked in our parking spot the whole……

“Our stay was comfortable and easy. The Hosts are wonderful people who were accommodating and responsive to any needs we had. Parking, use of pool, deck/patio, grill, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great shower and nice tv are all bonus features we enjoyed. ”
