“The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. “The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.”

“My family and I had no issues during our stay. The property was clean, it was easy to check in, and Grace responded to some inquiries in a timely manner. The only negatives are more personal reasons. In one of the bedrooms, there was only one outlet to plug in electronics. The property is located on a very noisy and busy street which made it hard to fall asleep. That being said, the property itself and the neighboring units were pretty quiet. ”

“This is an immaculate apartment in a prime location in Santa Ana. There are excellent restaurants nearby. We stayed only one night while attending a lacrosse tournament at Orange County Great Park, but would definitely stay there again. Grace provided detailed check-in and check-out information.”
