“It was nice and accommodating for our large family. Very clean. It could use some upgrading in a few areas like bath towels, wash cloths that sort of stuff but, overall, it worked out great.The neighborhood was really quiet.A longer distance to walk to Disneyland than we were expecting, so….. we drove and paid for parking.We had a problem with the hot water in one bathroom. I let Yan know the morning after our arrival date. Although he did send a handyman over, I was woken up out of bed at 9:40……

“First. The owner was great. I had a situation arise and she allowed me to book short notice. Then she communicated with me any time i would reach out. It is the second floor of the duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I had 6 kids staying with me for a basketball tournament and had plenty of room. The 2 showers wwre a life saver. It's an older property, but she did a great job with the remodel. About 7 minutes from Disney. It's not a 4 start hotel, but it was definitely comfortable for……

“The house was quirky and had some rustic charm, but the property is not well maintained. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken. The cues for the pool table had the tips broken off. The air conditioning units worked well in most of the bedrooms, but were loud and did not sufficiently cool the entire house. The three bullet or BB holes that we found in the windows speak toward the safety of the neighborhood, but the neighbors were nice and we……

“Our host had great communication and made our accommodations possible. Everyone loved the activities around the house and the pool. There are some things around the house that need a little TLC but that just tells me that people like to stay at this home. ”

“Our extended family of 13 stayed here for 9 days. There was plenty of room for each couple (3) to have their own king bedroom and en-suite as well as an additional full bathroom for the others to use when an en-suite wasn’t available/the older adults were asleep. The pool was perfect for us, with the hot tub above so we could sit and easily view the kids below if we didn’t want to swim at the moment. The temps were great, so nice to not have to worry about contacting someone when we needed it……
