"Staff were super helpful. Location v convenient and car rental right across the street. Their roof bar opens until 11:30pm and has view of Disney. We went back to hotel every night at 11:00pm and staff were still around to help us sort things out. Love this hotel."
"Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk."
