“We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable, good range of tea and coffees. There was no running water when we checked in (and disappointing that we weren't told this at the check.in desk) but it was resolved within the hour. No robe and towel for the spa in the room so we had to dash back and forth there. The spa should close at 8pm on Saturdays but we were asked to leave at 7.40. This was made up for by being able to use the spa after check out the following day. The……

“Quietness ”

“Our stay with 3 children was amazing. The Queen bed room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The children couldn't stop gasping at how great the room was as well as the softness of the pillows and bed. Even though we only stayed for one night to attend a birthday parry in the hotel on the Friday, the experience was top notch and we would be back for sure. Also, great breakfast that's absolutely worthy of the additional price. There are great full English options. My children don't always enjoy……
