But there were some people in the corridor slammed and knocked the door, probably for other rooms, felt a bit unsafe. “Property was a bit tired in places. Overall cleanliness was good but public areas of building not so clean. Outside of property the large bins were full and overflowing. There are only about 3 parking spaces which were occupied by works vans. Not a good property if you have a car. Handy property for motorway. ”

“Great location, lovely surroundings, love the spa cafe and the coconut lattes! Nice big comfy bed. Things which made me reduce my star rating to good instead of excellent: I’ve stayed with you a total of twelve nights this month due to my best friend have terminal illness and then passing away, so my summary of things to improve have been things I’ve consistently found on each stay: Pillows a bit flat, no room bar fridge, room service didn’t answer on two of my stays. Not a great range of food……

"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
