“Excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación ”

“el hotel para ingresar en la noche no tiene timbre y hay que llamarle a la dueña, es tenaz eso porque es una señora de la tercera edad. La presión de agua en la ducha es casi nula y la refrigeradora NO funciona porque esta super antigua. Hay aire solo en la habitación grande y en la otra te mueres del calor porque no hay ni ventilador. La dueña pone en la puerta perros a dormir y cuando llegas te llevas un susto terrible. No recomendaría ese lugar hasta que no limpien la entrada que esta……

“Our room that was booked was taken on our arrival. We where not satisfied with the other room which had two bunk beds, one double bed inside a ten by ten room. Bathroom had to be shared which was not up to our standard. We hope no charge was put on our credit card.”

“My stay at this resort started off poorly due to a lack of proper guidance at check-in. Jefferson, the receptionist, failed to provide basic information such as buffet times, snack bar locations, or general amenities, which made our first day very frustrating. To add to that, we were unexpectedly charged a 15% fee despite showing tourist passports—this felt unfair, especially since I had already booked through Expedia at standard rates. “Very quiet and beautifully appointed hotel. Appears to be newly operating as a hotel or possibly conference center. Extremely quiet. About 20 minute drive from airport with return transfers available. Best morning coffee found. Only negative found were towels dingy and stained. ”
