“The place had everything we needed. The light fixtures could have been dusted better. Additional towels should be accessible. Walking directions to the nearby shops and restaurants could have been provided better. One way was a bit sketchy and didnt know to go left out of the development is more direct. ”

“Long weekend with friends. We needed a place that had 4 bedrooms with en suites. This place fit our needs and was well decorated. A bit far for a walk to Broadway, but the Uber drivers made out. Not a complaint, as we preferred a quieter location. Smoke detector went off randomly for an hour one night. Assuming it needs new batteries. Would definitely stay here again!”

“House was nice. Great location. It does need a little maintenance. Chairs are very wobbly and the roof top rug was all shredded. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet not working. It took several texts and 48 hours to get fixed. Otherwise the place was great. ”

“Very clean place, great accommodations. Beds were super comfortable. Lots of amenities provided and very spacious for 7 adults. The only drawback was the directions to the place (via GPS) took us around the block a few times till we finally figured there is a small road at the end of the dead end street that leads us to the property! We had a great time and would definitely select it again if we come back to Nashville. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops. ”
