“This is a new, modern property very close to the convention center, where I attended a trade show this week. The building is well secured and once I figured out the Latch app was super easy to navigate and access. I was on the side facing the train tracks, which are right there, so I did get rattled awake a few times by trains shunting 50' away from my bedroom window. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, but there were a fair amount of homeless individuals about in the……
