“Property was clean, safe and as advertised. Rooftop was great for a no-crowd way to observe Nashville’s fireworks. ”

“Place was great with only a couple minor issues…. 1.We couldn’t find the dumpsters they described “in the alley” to leave our trash 2. Upstairs secondary bath sink is clogged and drains super slow 3. Need hand soap!4. Bottom stair has loose trim in front5. Half bath faucet looseNot complaint…. Just letting you know for future guests. Would 1000% stay here again and recommend!!”

“We had an excellent stay! Felt very secure and safe. The outside neighborhood is a little seedy but thankfully we didn’t encounter any issues and the walk to broadway and the gulch wasn’t very far. The only small issues we had was the shower drainage and the washer machine with an alert. We notified the owner and they were thankful and said it would be taken care of right away. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds! I would highly recommend!”

“Everything about this stay was great….. Except the rooms being set on 80 when you get there I understand that saving power is great but 80 is a little extreme being in the south and in the summer bump that thing down for us a little…. Rooms were great would stay again ”
