"While I appreciate Edinburgh was busy due to a big music concert, the marathon and it being a English Bank Holiday weekend, the hotel were clearly charging a premium which wasn't deserved! "Staff were very attentive from check in to check out and made the stay that much more enjoyable. My locker in the spa wouldn’t open and within a couple of minutes Simone was there with a master key."
