“Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs……

“The space was perfect, plenty of room for large parties not to be ontop of each other. The hallway was dated, and carpeting could use a replacement, old smell and dark. The suite was updated and was clean, not enough towels I. The bathroom and need more pillows for the beds. No extras for the pull out couch. There is was no pool and the indoor waterpark is a lot of money ontop of the cost of the suites. But in all I would stay here again. ”

“Apartment was newly remodeled and very clean. However, there were some inconveniences e.g. no outlet in master bathroom, no towel rack in master bathroom. When we returned home, we contacted our host and he said he would address our concerns for future guests. “If you book a room that says ocean view or ocean front, don't book it. I was told it must have been a misunderstanding because they don't have any ocean front or view rooms. Out of the corner of 1 window, we could see a tiny piece of the bay. The booking process was a nightmare. I'm not good with computers at my age and knowing AC gets a lot of seniors, why would they require you to do parts of the process on a computer or phone with picture taking capabilities. Just beware and maybe phone……

The pool area was large and our son had fun swimming, however that area could use renovating, hot tubs were down while we were there.
