“Generally a good stay. However, we had a top floor room with a Matterhorn view and the shower head was located below my chest. I'm a guy so I am not typically really worried about things like this but it made for an awkward and uncomfortable shower experience. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30 and the charge for coffee from the machine outside of breakfast hours seemed unnecessary.”

“Wonderful, quaint family owned hotel. Everything you need with the kindest staff. We checked in late night- be sure to mention it to the staff and they helped us with so many details in our short stay. Our only hesitation was a concern that after reading some reviews the hotel might be further from the main downtown area in Zermatt- psssh, perfect location just a short walk (and thats from a suburbanite american) from everything. Plus, gorgeous views right from our room. The pictures are……

“The room is very neat and tidy. Room temperature is perfect and you could enjoy snowy view from window towards the backyard. We booked our stay with breakfast included and there are sufficient options for our breakfast. The hotel is maintained decently and staff are welcoming. You could get all you need from the room.”

“Friendly staff. I can see the Matterhorn directly from the balcony of my room. The accommodation is quiet and comfortable. Location is good, only 10 minutes away from the station. ”

“前枱的一位金髮員工態度極度差劣，在首天check-in時除不斷強調要收現金外，對話間的表情語氣彷彿很嫌棄，眼神亦十分不友善，完全不helpful。房間沒有通風系統，洗澡後整個房間很大濕氣，如要通風就得開露台門，但露台對正對面大墳場，如介意不要選這間酒店。”

“I choose the Matterhorn view room, it’s really good view from the balcony. The hotel provides a pickup service, so good for a luggage traveller. There is indoor and outdoor warm water swimming pools and spa, you can enjoying the Matterhorn view when swimming. ”
