“My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's weekend (3days) this Feb 2025 and we loved our stay! It was the perfect, central location! I LOVED the Starbucks next door, and the AMAZING Casa Valadez! The staff was fabulous, service top notch, and loved the welcome drink of wine or mimosas. Front desk was responsive (via WhatsApp) even days/weeks before arrival and suggested some tours and activities. They reserved the callejonadas evening tour, as well as arranged our ride from hotel to airport.……

“El hotel es muy bonito y tiene muchos detalles en cada espacio. Está muy bien ubicado para conocer el corazón del centro de Querétaro y se puede disfrutar de una estancia tranquila. El único problema es que el internet es malo y casi no hay señal en los cuartos de la planta baja. Fuera de ahí, todo es espectacular.”

“La vista es muy buena, y la atención en recepción fue excelente. Pero no revisaron mi habitación y habian cosas sin limpiar o sucias. El restaurante tenia pocas opciones de almuerzo, el desayuno si estuvo muy bueno. Si son personas que no les gusta los insectos, no lo recomiendo porque es bastante rustico, al natural y campestre (a mi no me incomodo pero a mi hermana si) Conseguir transporte es dificil porque no llegan los uber, lo mejor es tener el contacto de un taxi desde recepción. ”
