“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”

“I always stay in this hotel ! I even leave things stored for months and the process is smooth. HEB is just behind the hotel safe and walkable plus you get entrance to the lomas deportivo which would be like the equivalent to a YMCA I guess. Breakfast included and always get my upgrade ! ”

“El personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. La limpieza de la habitación fue muy buena. La terraza nos tocó muy tranquila y agradable para pasar la tarde y platicar, además pedimos snacks y bebidas qué estuvieron muy sabrosos. La alberca me pareció estupenda de manera general, solo que creo que le falta algo e mantenimiento ya que pude notar que le faltan algunos azulejos, las orillas están algo descuidadas y el vidrio sucio, algo normal creo para la zona de la alberca.
