“The hotel needs to provide cold water upon request during this hot season as there was no mini fridge in the room. Upon request, they said they don't have the cold water bottle which was hilarious. Such a big hotel and no for cold water. Also the phone operators promise to callback for 2 of my queries and didn't bother to get back. Overall the hotel stay was good apart from the above 2 services which was pathetic.”
