“Be careful when booking this hotel through Expedia and prepaying. When you check in make sure they do not charge you again for the hotel. I prepaid through Expedia and then was charged by the hotel again when I checked out. I didn’t know this until I got home. When I contacted customer service for the refund it took 30 days for them to start the refund process (I had to contacted them a few times and filed a dispute with my credit card before they finally asked for documentation). “Although the room was small and simple, it was clean, comfortable, and with good A/C. No hot water but who needs it in 33 degree heat. A bit noisy from the adjacent bar, but no problem with ear plugs. Good food in the attached restaurant. The staff were fabulous - friendly and super helpful and went out of their way. ”
