“The owner has built a wonderful walking trail on property up a hillside. The patio and dining area area in a serene setting. I especially likes relaxing out on the hammock listening to the bullfrogs. Breakfast is fantastic with eggs made to order and a delish fresh fruit juice. Internet is not the best in the rooms, but that is probably from the thick doors. ”

No AC, but the mornings and evenings let in a cool breeze, and the fan was sufficient. Great breakfast included in the morning. Would highly recommend. ”

“Truly one of a kind! We stayed in an east bungalow surrounded by forest, monkeys, birds and the sound of the waterfall. Each bungalow is private and well appointed. From the staff to the food to the pools and activities, it is a 5 star experience all around. Just over an hour from LIR airport, this should be on your list of places not to miss while in CR.”

“Ich habe leider nur zwei Nächte in der La Anita Rainforest Ranch verbracht, aber die Ruhe dort war genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Die Cabins sind rustikal und schlicht, aber äußerst sauber, und die Terrasse ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Sollte etwas nicht funktionieren, kann man sich immer auf Pablo verlassen – er sorgt dafür, dass alles geregelt wird. Um die Unterkunft zu erreichen, ist ein SUV empfehlenswert. Die ungeteerte, etwas holprige Straße ist mit dem richtigen Fahrzeug jedoch kein……

“This place is a hidden gem! The rustic cabins are well maintained and clean. A short walk from the cabin and you arrive at the restaurant where the food is amazing and reasonably priced. The hosts were so nice and helpful, making suggestions for our hikes and other options for dinner (although we ate on site 4 times it was so good). Our kids miss Lucky and Domino and wanted to take the puppies home :-) I would definitely recommend!”
