“This property is absolutely gorgeous. I was disappointed in the management of the the property. Arriving guests had to wait a long time to check In and to get simple questions answered. They never answered the phones at all. The property is huge so you have to walk a lot but they have shuttles that never seemed to come to our building. They have limited towels and the food was horrible. There were very limited food choices and it was bland to taste. We tried the specialty dinning and the food……

They were also very flexible with check in times. The shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless & communication from the hotel was great. The double shower heads and the outside view had me taking multiple showers a day. Additionally the view from our partial ocean view room was beautiful. I would definitely return to this property.”
