“Special thanks should go Valentino, always on hand with a great attitude. The hotel could do with some tidying up here and there. But I guess money is tight in the hospitality industry right now. ”

“首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提”

“Accommodation is expensive but excellent. Restaurant service could have been more relaxed. Location is superb alongside the river. Restaurant is overpriced ! Having said that we will be back because of the excellent location and the fabulous suite we had. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Pebble Beach in the Penthouse room. It was lovely and very clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a patio looking over the sea. ”

“Hotel and grounds are beautiful and well kept. The service we received from the staff was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We got a free room upgrade and our room was very comfortable and clean. Food was excellent, we enjoyed our breakfasts every morning and evening meal at the Kitchen. ”

“Right in the middle of the High Street so very convenient. Parking is 5 minutes walk. A traditional pub with rooms above. Our room was very compact and overlooked the storage yard which meant that, with the window open, there was noise from moving beer barrels around. It wasn’t very noisy but is probably not great if you want an early night and you’re a light sleeper. ”

“Polite and helpful customer service. Clean and cozy. The breakfast is very good especially the fish. The only draw back is the WiFi - as it is free, its bandwidth is limited, so a bit slow and unstable.”

“Wonderful property! Beautiful bedroom - very clean - premium bedding. Delightful garden - huge with amazing wisteria which all enhanced our cream tea. Staff very helpful all over. Parking and unloading not the easiest. Breakfast was disappointing - practically cleared up buffet 20 minutes before end. Overall would absolutely recommend!”
