“Lobby was beautiful with huge fireplace & comfortable seating. Checkin in was easy and staff was very friendly. Extremely clean & well set up room with queen size bed & built in bunk beds (which we did not use). Large well supplied bathroom. Larger than typical size in-room frig & plenty of counter top along with comfy chairs. Breakfast was "to go" with coffee & mostly cereal & granola bars. ”

“Lovely remote lodge in beautiful area. The room is small, but well appointed. You will lose cell seevice on the gorgeous Gunflint Trail, so make sure you have saved your check in instructions beforehand. Note that many lodges on the trail have restaurants, but not this one, so bring food with you before you arrive. They are last on the trail except a campground, so once you’re here, you’ll need to have everything. I came thinking I might get to see the Milky Way since it’s so remote, but there……

“Thank you for much for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. We had a very enjoyable time. The home had everything we needed and more. The location was easy to find and the checkin process was simple and exactly as directed.The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils we needed to make meals. My grandkids loved the arcade and all the games. The location is beautiful and I loved that it is located in the middle of the North Shore making it easy for daytrips to all the parks along the……
