“Last stay this hotel was great. But this time quality reduced too much. They are overcharing the meeting rooms and always gave out different rate by different staff. Staff are reluctant to help customers in every way. It's rainy and I just want to borrow a umbrella, they don't even bother to check and just said not avaialble, and said it's just drizze outside, no big deal. Whatever you asked for, they are reluctant to provide service. And they gave me an accessible room which did not……

“I feel safa hotel is a little known gem! I visited the weekend of 31/01/25, and we really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the location is exceptional. We booked for a weekend city break, and so this was perfect. I would highly recommend, and would definitely return to the hotel. ”

“Our family had a great experience there as the staffs are really helpful、friendly and hospitality. The location is close to most of famouse sight spot, walking distance with 10 minute. The hotel not only provide breakfast but also provide a free lunch which you could choose time between 12PM to 6PM which is really cool. The rooms are spacious and hygienic. “飯店位置很好，就在 T1 Sirkeci Station附近，步行到飯店只要２分鐘，步行到Eminonu碼頭、埃及市集也都在１０分鐘的路程內 我住的是標準雙人房，１５平方米，房間大小剛好 櫃檯人員都很親切 但因接近車站的關係，所以噪音比較多，要有心理準備，只要準備耳塞，就沒問題了 ”

“L'hotel black pearl est une extension de l'hotel black tulip. Les employés sont géniaux. L'emplacement est idéal. Seul bémol, vu que c'est une extension on se doit de se rendre au black tulip pour le petit déjeuner mais c'est vraiment un détail. C'est à 5m. Le tram, les visites importantes, l'ambiance, les bazars, tout est à proximité ”
