“Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs.”

“Nice and clean. It was a very comfortable stay. The shower rooms and toilets are very clean. I am very enjoyed my stay. I have some comments for improvement. The corridor's is too loud, it may be better to have some light/relax music instead of metal/pop music . The flow of the water tape in WC is too strong, maybe better to turn it down a little bit. It was quite messy when I was washing hands. I did not realise there are female only shower room. I used the unisex one. For the female only……

“The room and lift of hotel are a bit old and the poorly soundproofing allow us to hear everyone's talking on the corridor. I have to complain that the picture showed on the websites is totally different with our booking. ”

“This is our 3rd stay at this property and were delighted to get a an upgraded room - it was big with a large couch and coffee table in addition to a double bed. It looked as if it had been recently upgraded. It had a great view of the hills and the car park was close to the main door. On the down side the room was directly above the bar which was very lively and there did not appear to be any sound proofing, however the noise stopped soon after 11pm. The bathroom was big with an over bath shower……
