“In the city centre and not far from Glasgow Queen Street Station, so very convenient for travel along the west highland rail. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store around the corner. Friendly staff too. ”

“Lovely place, very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a a bit of an issue at check in, we had booked a family room which turned out to be a double bed and a trundle bed which they brought up. The trundle bed was not fit for purpose really, it didn't look safe to sleep on. Couldn't fault the staff or the manager though, they were very helpful and made sure to try and resolve the issue for us straight away. The bar and restaurant area of the hotel is lovely, it was really cosy and relaxing. We……

“Overall the experience is good. Washroom is clean and bed is clean. Reception fellows are polite and helpful. Location is right in the centre of Glasgow. ”

“The room and lift of hotel are a bit old and the poorly soundproofing allow us to hear everyone's talking on the corridor. I have to complain that the picture showed on the websites is totally different with our booking. ”

“在訂房之前的房間敘述明明有寫"有wifi、附早餐" 可以chech-in之後才告訴我們沒有wifi 隔天要下樓去吃早餐才告知沒有早餐 問了原因才說是因為老闆娘睡過頭，所以沒有早餐， 房務人員又看起來像是喝醉酒一樣，支支嗚嗚的解釋說老闆娘會退費 結果老半天又不見老闆娘人影....感覺很差”

“The excellent comfort of this guest house enhanced our stay in Glasgow. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choices were extensive. The only thing I would change is to book a room with ensuite next time. It was only a short walk to the bathroom however the sink in our room did a gurgling sound for about 10 mins after being used. Not great when you are trying to get off to sleep 😪 ”
