“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“This property was perfect for our visit to an Oak Park-based family member. Convenient location and easy communication with the unit owner made this a great landing spot. Fairly large 1-bedroom floor plan allowed me to go to bed early while my partner enjoyed some late-night TV. We didn't cook any meals since Chicago has too many good restaurants, but the unit was well-stocked and the linens were nice and clean.
