“Jorie was wonderful she was really helpful with navigating the area and finding food. She was also very accommodating and made tasty popcorn. And although it’s a shared space she was very happy to offer what ever was needed to make you comfortable I really enjoyed her company and staying in her house only downside is the fire station which isn’t too bad just they are there but the location is great the bus to get downtown is right outside the building and to get to most attractions is just a 2-3……

“We stayed with extended family (including an octogenarian) for U Chicago graduation. The location, communication with the owner and the layout was excellent. The space is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our needs. ”

“Wonderful beach house. Plenty of room and very close to the beach. The owner is very quick to respond if you have questions or concerns”

“Spacious place to stay with friends. Place was very clean and nicely laid out. Separate bedrooms gave quiet spaces for people that wanted to head to bed earlier than others. Couch also made a comfortable sleeping arrangement. Only complaint is there were not enough linens stocked for the advertised number of guests, even though we didn’t have the max occupancy. I would absolutely book this place again in the future. ”

“The area seemed a little sketch but all in all we had no issues or problems with anyone. The neighbors were super nice every time we crossed paths. The inside is small but we expected that already. We enjoyed the coffee that’s there for guest. I do agree the couch does look a little on the rough side but we can’t complain! The space was clean!”

“Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture.”
