“When i aorted by lowest price, this place came up first. The lady at the desk was very nice, the tomm was very modern and clean.”

“The hotel is super old and not worth the money we paid. The bed was too soft, the shower you almost needed pliers to turn it off as it kept dripping. The room was dirty on the table, there are ants in the bathroom. No oligarchy bed to plug in phones, I had to unplug clock to plug one in by one side of bed, the other one had to find a plug behind the dresser. We will not stay here ever again and do not recommend this place. ”

“After 3 years of Covid, first time ever return to this once favorite hotel in Ohare, quite disappointed, Wifi not working, I check-in on Wed. night, the first clean of my room only done on Friday afternoon, even the house-keeper had very rude attitude. No idea what happened, forced me to change my stay to other hotel next time. ”

“There was a bottleneck at check-in with customers not having their rooms ready because they said they were shortstaffed. Luckily, my room was ready, but I still had to wait quite a while to check in because of the people in front of me that had problems.”

“The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”,……

“The room window was broken, have a hole. And I live in 1 st floor, which I can’t sleep when something the car past the road. It made me very tired.”
