“We had a nice day at this property. Miki was super responsive and helpful, which we appreciated. It's an older house (built in 1953) but decorated and outfitted well. Our only issue was that there was air-conditioning in the living room only (maybe I missed that in the listing?) Bedrooms had freestanding fans, which we didn't use at night because they were so loud. But sleeping with the windows open kept us cool enough, and beds are comfortable. The second bathroom is extremely small, just FYI,……

Backyard was very spacious and enough games and space for children ages 3-7 and adult relaxation.Beds were very comfortable and worked well for the number of children in our family.Stocked with basics so no need to buy laundry soap, dish soap, Kleenex, tp, etc. We needed 1 item brought to us and it was delivered right away.Host very attentive and friendly and so was the next-door neighbor. ……

“There are so many good things to say about this house. It is in the perfect location for access to the wineries and the grocery store. Communication about check in with the host was efficient. The house has all the amenities for a couple to enjoy. After wine tasting, we used the grill to cook steaks. “What a lovely cottage. It's truly one of the first places I've stayed at where the description matched the experience. I'm from New England so I really can appreciate the antique rustic beach charm paired with modern necessities. It was lovely. Property manager was very present and communicable. “Nice clean place with everything you need. Lovely little monarchs would greet me everyday. Even some nice beach chairs and towels! Easy access to beach and boardwalk with good restaurants within walking distance. Hope to come back next summer! ”
