“We arrived in Evora when the power outage occurred across the whole country. The hotel staff was fabulous in trying to help us get what we needed to survive the power outage. They were so kind to store our luggage and direct us to the town for touring. When they turn the generators on, they took excellent care of us with candles as well as food to make our stay more comfortable.”

“飯店的位置很好，又有一個大的地下停車場，這在Evora老城區是非常難得的。飯店是5星等級，但房間和reception的服務卻不怎麼樣，尤其是reception的櫃臺人員，請教他走道上的咖啡機怎麼使用，他站在reception，邊回答身體晃來晃去，一直説房間也有咖啡機！撇開這個，餐廳的服務和餐點品質是受肯定的，Deaust’AR是米其林推薦餐廳，是的，它所有的一切值得這樣的推崇。”
