“The reception lady is rude and not even have welcome smile and when i arrived, she said the room is not available and then 1 mins later she said is available, ok, i got in the room and saw the room is facing pool view not sea view and not seems like premium room I booked in Expedia. Ok, the room also noisy beside the indoor pool, i asked for room change, but she said not available(both this moment and upon check in time she didn’t indicate my room is premium and not available as i got to the……

“給我印象很差。我本人是自駕遊的原因，租這酒店是為了可以泊車。但這酒店無街道號碼已經是僻靜的山頭，令我很困難才找到。我本來是連住四晚的，第一晚前台給了一間不是我預訂的房間，他說因酒店Fullbook，還騙我給我的房間很大，但當我入到房嚇了我一跳，房間是沒窗也很黑，而且房間非常舊也有很大的難聞味道！ 已經立即要求換房，但他說無論如何也要住這晚。第二晚換過了房間，因這酒店在山頭又僻靜，晚上街燈也沒有，所以有點不安全的感覺，我們就開著燈睡。嚇破膽的事情來了，在凌晨四時有一對男女用鎖匙開了我房門，我嚇得大叫起來，可能我的大叫讓這人卻步，我丈號夫問他們為何有我們的房匙？他們就走了。我們一直不敢睡直天光才敢出房門，到前台投訴，他們偽稱不知道，只知道鎖匙只有我和他酒店有，我們要求報警前台立即態度轉差......所以我有理由相信這間是黑店，因為很多不合理的事情，就算是弄錯也沒可能把我房後備鎖匙給別人，而且還是凌晨四時的熟睡時間？ 建議不要入住。”

“Det eneste greie med Poco Novo er avstanden til sentrum av Cascais. Ikke stell av rom, ikke AC, ikke kjøleskap, ingen servering, felles bad, og endeløse måkekonserter (fordi varmen tvang oss til å holde åpent hus) trekker ned. Ikke høyeste pris men alt for dyrt i forhold til kvalitet. Rommet var forøvrig overlesset/dekorert med kosedyr og juggel.”
