“Amazing staff and always up to help with a smile on their faces! The only thing that bothered us was the noice coming form some other business the first night, a Saturday night and it was hard to sleep but they even communicated that they would talk to them when we mentioned it. They kept the room super clean, they accommodated us and our baby by letting us move a few things around and fixed an issue with the bathroom door quickly. The breakfast was wonderful and it was one of our favorite……

“The reception lady is rude and not even have welcome smile and when i arrived, she said the room is not available and then 1 mins later she said is available, ok, i got in the room and saw the room is facing pool view not sea view and not seems like premium room I booked in Expedia.
