“The reception lady is rude and not even have welcome smile and when i arrived, she said the room is not available and then 1 mins later she said is available, ok, i got in the room and saw the room is facing pool view not sea view and not seems like premium room I booked in Expedia. “Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.”
