“This is a new hotel located in medical district. It is located near downtown and with a 15-20 USD lyft drive, you can reach to any tourist attractions. “Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Chicago is crazy busy and a wild city to visit. Uber/Lift is crazy expensive and parking is impossible. I called the hotel asking about available parking and they assured me they had a lot. When I got there, it was actually $55 per night for valet. ”

“Staff was exceptional. The room was unpretentious and I liked that. The negative is that it is very loud. Loud from the El running nearby but also loud in the interior. The interior has a lot of hard surfaces, no insulation. I also found the room service options to be limited. Having said that, the price per room was great and, again, it was the best staff experience I’ve had in terms of genuine warmth and helpfulness. The hotel should find a local restaurant to provide more room service options……
