“The hotel was very clean seemed brand new excellent food in the restaurant for a reasonable price safe environment. Parking and parking was free right next-door to the Mississippi bridge I would definitely recommend staying there if I was in the area again”

“This is a motel in a very rural area. The desk person was nice. The room was not high quality, but I wasn’t expecting much. Shower felt nice. TV did not work. Crushed limestone parking lot tracks mud everywhere. The room had been smoked in in the past, which I really dislike. We stayed for a hunting trip at Howard Miller WMA, so we only stayed in the room from 5 pm to 3:30 am. 25 minute drive ti WMA. It slept fine. Exterior is well lit. Other hunters were also staying in other nearby……

“Are stay was very enjoyable. I did not give completely five stars because the furniture, sofas, in the cabin were not comfortable to sit in at all. And there was black mold on the patio floors out front. Would I Stay again? Absolutely I would! Thank you for allowing us to keep our service dog with us ❤️ ”

“First night we had no water till midnight. No fault of property owner but an inconvenience none the less. The city apparently has previous complaints. Second night two women knocked loudly and woke everyone at 230am looking for Reddog. Good.location to lake we fish not providence. Nice dock good place to clean fish. Always enjoy this location. 4th visit. Will return again next March or early April.”

“We came here to Lake Providence, LA to celebrate the life of our Mother, Carrie King Williams(Madear). Her parents were William & Queenie King.This was her hometown. I remember riding in her car as a child coming to visit my grandparents and seeing this home across from the lake over 50 years ago. She grew up and graduated from Lake Providence H.S. "Madear" was 96 years young and this setting brought everything full circle. Everyone near and far enjoyed the stay. Thank you Cassie for anwsering……
