“Everything is ok except the check in because the hotel staff not always stay at hotel and need phone call him when reach hotel. But the breakfast is good taste and service for them also ok.”

“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”

“The hotel is kind of old and you can’t hear the noise from next door. The bathroom is not as clean as a three stars rate hotel should be. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking space for customers’ car. We need to park in a public parking 160 meters away from the hotel. Breakfast were supplied and the view was good. ”
