“We were able to stay a long weekend with our family that now has all young adults. Loved the house - it was the perfect size for the 5 of us, and had everything we could need. Dock was amazing for watching the sunrise and sunset, and Cape Charles was a quick drive for dinner and some shopping. Hope to come back for a longer stay!”

“Perfect if you are looking for a quiet vacation away from everything. The beach was beautiful and private. The house is small as advertised, but big enough for a small family. It does have all the basics, but I would not plan on cooking there. Multiple restaurants about 20 minutes away and if you are willing to drive further, Cape Charles is about 40 minutes and has restaurants and shops. Christi was very nice and hospitable, great with kids.”

“lovely quiet neighborhood in rural area. Kristy and Rick offer amenities you may not have at other properties. fishing gear, paddle boards, sea kayaks beach chairs and umbrella. dont worry if you forgot something. Our hosts were very accommodating and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay”

“This is such a sweet home in a great neighborhood. We came up for a short fishing trip in the bay and were so happy with the location and the house. The property is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and boat launches. It is an older home, so it does have a few quirks but overall has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I can’t say enough good things about the owner. He is so kind and responsive which made our trip that much more enjoyable. ”

“We had such a wonderful and relaxing week here! We loved the private waterfront deck - from our morning coffee to evening sunsets (which were stunning!) we spent most of our time there. The cottage was inviting and clean with nice beach decor and a very well-equipped kitchen and the cottage had just about anything you could need.
