“Exceptional customer service from the young lady at the front desk—both in person and over the phone—truly felt like concierge-level care you’d expect at the Ritz-Carlton. As someone who travels monthly for work, I was impressed: top 5 most comfortable beds, a great shower, ice-cold A/C, and everything was clean. Only downside was the floor feeling a bit greasy. Overall, considering the price, I’d rate this a strong 9.0 out of 10.”

“It was a very comfortable stay, the parking lot was a little crammed and it looks more like an extended stay than a lodge, but well done .”

“The hotel itself was good, it's what you expect for such a cheap price. The door lock was busted in my room so it had no lock other than the door handle room key lock. The light bulb closest to the door was flickering the entire time it was tried to be used so we just never used it. The light closest to the bathroom worked as well as the bathroom light. The hotel staff, however, could be nicer and more accommodating. I got there (mind you I booked this room for two nights back in March) and they……

“We had a wonderful stay! We could walk to everything in downtown Ellijay. The family that owns the place is so friendly and welcoming and that was very appreciated. I read some reviews of the property being outdated, so what! Look at the price you are paying. The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. I couldn’t ask for more! We will be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Kevin was a lifesaver for our daughter whose battery wouldn’t start after my husband and I had already left for the day. You really will not meet two nicer hosts. We didn’t have time to visit with the animals, but we hope to on our next visit. ”

“Traveling to play softball tournament in Ellijay. We chose this hotel for price and location. Both were a plus. Staff was having issues with the language barrier upon checking in. Also they don’t offer any type of breakfast at this hotel, so plan accordingly.”
