“Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess). We chanced coming back to this building and were happy to see it still looking good! The morning staffers at the desk were not so friendly, almost annoyed. “My daughter hurt her ankle while off site and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to get her ice. Also, the accommodations were great and I especially enjoyed the water pressure in the shower. However, you can only enter the parking lot from one way which is a slight inconvenience. ”
